Article 1 - General Terms and Conditions
* These general terms and conditions apply to all products and services provided by Clanz. And/or receive a return.

* Clanz is not liable for so-called consequential damage when using or consuming sold products. The buyer must conduct his own research into possible personal problems when consuming Clanz's traded products. Clanz is therefore NOT liable for loss of profit, trading loss, etc.

Article 2 - Cancellation
1. Cancellation after placing an order is possible if it has not yet been shipped.

Article 3 - Delivery time
1. Clanz is authorized to adjust the delivery time of ordered products and/or services when desired.

2. Clanz is not liable for orders that are delivered too late, if they have been shipped on time. This could be due to problems with the delivery service, or general company problems.

Article 4 - Non-delivered and damaged products.
1. Upon arrival of the order, you must be responsible for checking whether all products are intact and whether the order is complete. If there are any problems with this, please contact us.

2. When something is damaged to such an extent that it can no longer be used. If you have the opportunity to contact us, we will arrange a suitable solution as soon as possible.

Article 5 - Responsibility
1. It is your own responsibility that the delivery details are entered correctly. If you do this wrong, the package will be delivered to the wrong address, and this will NOT be reimbursed

NOTE: Keep the track & trace code of the damaged product at all times, as well as the product itself. We can ask for proof.
